Kameliya Hristova-Yordanova is an assistant professor at Sofia University ‘Saint Kliment Ohridski’, Faculty of Slavic Studies, Department of Cyrillo-Methodian Studies. She is interested in Old Church Slavonic original and translated texts and lexical variants, and also in the names of Theotokos in medieval Slavonic tradition and their origins. Neophyte of Rila and the Description of Rila Monastery and its manuscript copies are in the focus of her research too.
